How is it scientifically affiliated with the institution that we work with?

The scientific affiliation of the scientific institution refers to the relationship that binds the researcher or university professor to its academic institution, such as the university or the research institute, and here (the University of Rafidain) meant. This affiliation includes several aspects, including:

1. Administrative affiliation, which means the official affiliation of the institution of the institution, and appears in job contracts, university identities, and official correspondence.

2. Research affiliation: It reflects the role of the researcher in scientific production within the institution, such as publishing research in its name, participating in its research projects, and supervising theses.

3Teaching affiliation: related to giving lectures, preparing curricula, and directing students in the institution. The commitment to respect the time of attendance and leave voluntarily.

4. International academic affiliation: is to have research cooperation with other institutions, and to participate in scientific conferences and research magazinesThis is presented by the teaching, whether he is a university president, dean, or a department head of proposals and contributions through his multiple scientific connections 

In order for the scientific affiliation to be correct and documented by the institution in which it operates, a number of criteria and procedures must be available to confirm your official and academic relationship with it. Here are the most important requirements to ensure the validity of this affiliation:

1- Official appointment and contracts

• To have an official functional relationship with the institution (official appointment, work contract, or academic assignment), which is in place in our university 

• The contract must be documented by the institution’s administration and clearly defines your academic role. Also, the vocabulary of the contract indicates this

2- Official email

• Using university email such as (youname@university.edu) in scientific correspondence, especially when applying for magazines and conferences. It was presented to each of his own mail.

• It is preferable to register on academic search platforms with this mail, such as Google Scholar, OCid and Researchgate.

4- Scientific publishing in the name of the institution

• When publishing research, institutional affiliation must be identical to the official name of the Foundation.

• The errors in writing the name of the institution should be avoided to avoid problems in academic classifications.

• Respecting the regulations and ethics of scientific research.

• Commitment to university policies in publishing, research cooperation, and the use of scientific resources.

This is my view of being considered one of the first to belong to this institution since it was a single building, thank God, it has become a scientific edifice that is used to concerted all efforts
