Starting:The State Council is an independent body that enjoys the moral personality, specializes in the functions of the administrative judiciary and the fatwas, and it consists of the Administrative Judicial Court, the Judicial Court , It is considered allThe President, his deputies and the advisers are a judge when practicing the duties of the administrative judiciaryIn this study, I deal with giving the law of the State Council ((Judicial Code)) to both the Speaker of the Council, his two deputies, the advisor and assistant advisor for the purposes of this law, and that the rulings are issued in the name of the people and are implemented in accordance with the law

The competent authority to consider the complaint submitted by one of the opponents against the complainant is one of the leaders of the Administrative Judicial Court, the Judicial Judicial, or the judiciary, is (the court of appeal in the region whose district is one of the courts, the course of research)
