Nine in the morning and on the halls of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences

  # The workshop aimed to clarify the benefits of swimming for girls.

 . Learn to survive skills: providing girls with the ability to handle water safely and reduce the risk of drowning.

 . Respiratory strengthening: enhances the efficiency of the lungs and improves breathing.

 . Girls give a feeling of strength and control of their bodies in water.

It also aimed at: 

Knowing the benefits of learning the first aid for the drowning

 . Save lives: the ability to quickly intervene and save the drowning before the arrival of medical assistance.

. Learn artificial respiratory techniques and cardiac resuscitation (CPR): They are vital skills to save the life of an unconscious person due to drowning

. Promotion of water and water safety: Knowing how to act in aquatic emergency situations reduce the cases of drowning.

. Reducing complications: Immediate aid helps reduce the health damage of the drowning, such as brain damage due to lack of oxygen.

. Increased confidence in emergency situations: The trainees give the ability to act steadily and effectively in crises.
