In most countries of the world and throughout history, the status of university professor is placed at the forefront of their classification of professions. And also societies, in general, give university professors an advanced rank, accredit them to the forefront of their notables, seat them at the right hand of the people’s masters, and are enlightened by their ideas and adviceIt is a great responsibility that falls on the shoulders of these elites whom God has bestowed, honored and allowed to sit on the lecture podium in various universities and in scientific and human specializations, loaded with types of abstract thinking in its deductive and deductive forms, problem solving and other types of thinking. Most of the responsibility that God has given them alone is enough for a university professor to think about what he owes before he thinks about what he has. Therefore...we must first address what the university professor has to say first and record from it what we can cover:
1_He does not belong to himself nor to his family, but rather he belongs to everyone.
2_The responsibility for the progress of society in its scientific and moral aspects is a great task, and he should be at the forefront of it. 
3- Scientific progress and its methods determined by the scientific method are among his duties, and he should be a faithful follower and his momentary obsession.
4_The growth of his precise specialty is one of the necessities of his work and his daily duties. This is his constant obsession.
5_Developing new youth joining work is one of the obligations of his work.
6_ The necessity of adhering to university norms and traditions and discussing them from time to time through conferences and seminars.
7_ Being precise in his appointments on all occasions and adhering to and adhering to them is one of the qualities of a university professor and he must not deviate from it.
8_Financial income has nothing to do with the nature of his work, regardless of its value, because it is one of the obligations of the state and this should not affect his professional behavior.
9_ Going to the edges of his specialty and not remaining captive to the knowledge he possessed in past times. 
10_ Writing, writing, and participating in scientific conferences, specific lectures, and seminars.
11_ That he does not leave room for his advanced age to stop his activity, as writing a line at the age of wisdom may be equivalent to a volume at other times.
I reproached many and very many times when the elites were attacked, sent to retirement, and society was deprived of their expertise, while they could be contained in another legal system that would benefit society.
12_He is responsible for respecting the prestige of the university professor and his academic titles, his conduct, his good behavior, and his wisdom (I am amazed at a university professor who you sometimes find intentionally reviewing a grade previously recorded for a student) because it is not personal property, but rather the property of the country and its public, and he is its trustee and steward.
This is some, but not all, of what the university professor has to say, and we will discuss something from us that is for the university professor:
1_The state must secure the requirements for work in the relevant specialty and facilitate these requirements. I am not currently concerned with their multiplicity, but rather each case has its own peculiarities.
2_ Providing a very safe and secure atmosphere for the university professor to work and reveal what is required by the requirements of developing young people who are students and readers in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements of the scientific method. 
3_Providing the requirements for a decent living for himself and his family in a way that meets their requirements so that he can devote his mind and body to his tasks.
4_ Society must realize well that its prestige is based on the prestige of its professors. They are their representatives in the fields of science and work, and they are the ones who formulate its philosophy and put it in laws that protect the rights of everyone, protect the nation, and interact with different cultures.
5_The prestige of a university professor is part of the prestige of society. Maintaining it provides society with sophistication. We find in most of the world’s classifications that their paragraphs give great importance to those who have won international awards, and they raise their status and the status of their countries. 
6_ Referring a university professor to retirement at his giving age is a great loss for everyone. It is possible to find another reasonable system that preserves their giving without exhausting anyone.
7_The academic title has its prestige, and maintaining this prestige is an important requirement through the procedures followed within university institutions. I am amazed at the dean of a college who does not take into account the academic titles in his institution and their hierarchy and deals with them from behind his desk with unreasonable arrogance -
9_ Providing the requirements for updating information through financial support, which encourages the university professor to be an active donor and participant in international conferences, as well as publishing in scientific fields with high scientific impact factors.
This is what came to my mind at the moment of writing this post, and I hope for the unincluded and useful addition from my colleagues, and I am sure that they have more than what has been recorded, and from God, successMy advice to my colleagues in university work is to abandon politeness - do not be complimentary and do not make peace with anyone - at the expense of scientific logic, as it greatly reduces the prestige of your profession, and I am confident that you are worthy of it, and my prayer is from God Almighty to guide those responsible to the path of goodness and success.  May God protect the country and its people.
