Within the framework of joint scientific cooperation between educational institutions by the occasion of Diabetes Awareness Month and the approaching World Diabetes Day, the Baqubah Technical Institute hosted Dr. Nadia Abdel Latif, a lecturer at Bilad Al-Rafidain College/University, on Tuesday,5/12/2023, in the presence of the Dean of the Institute, heads of scientific departments, and a number of the Institute’s employees and students.
She gave a scientific seminar Under a Title,(Therapeutic Nutrition for Diabetics)The seminar 

 covered the definition of the disease and its types, medical advice on the types of food suitable for diabetics, correcting misconceptions and false cultural legacies about the disease, the most important nutritional guidelines to improve the quality of life for diabetics, and how to prevent serious complications of the disease.
